Current Workshop Offerings
I regularly offer workshops for yoga students that focus on the following topics:
- Yoga and LGBTQ+ identity
- Body image, body positivity/neutrality, and self esteem
- Desire, pleasure, and agency
- Yoga practices for larger bodies
- Adapting asana practice for all bodies
